Lap With Sterling Moss
Hop in a car around the 1968 Circuit de la Sarthe as Sir. Stirling Moss narrates portions of the track. This period video comes courtesy of brake pad manufacturer Ferodo from the standpoint of John Wyer’s Gulf Oil Ford GT40 team that won the race.
Dyno Testing
Without access to the Circuit de la Sarthe, Ford outsmarted their competition with new-at-the-time technology, a dynamometer to replicate engine speeds and gear changes the car would experience during the race.
